Happy (belated) New Year!

If you’re like most people, you’re looking at this turn of the calendar as an excuse for a “fresh start.” Whether you made “resolutions” or just thought about what you’d like to do or experience differently this year, there are things you’d like to change.

Unfortunately, statistics state that most New Year’s Resolutions don’t make it past mid-February. And why is that? It’s because what really needs to change in order for transformation to last is what most people never give attention to or even know how to utilize effectively–the subconscious mind.
