Years ago, (before we had a solid Rock Star team) our team members complained about being "understaffed," and we didn't provide the exceptional client care that we do today.

In those days, if a client had a billing issue or just needed a little support, they would email, and probably wait for a few days to get an answer. You can imagine how frustrating that was for our clients.
