In this continuation video, Dr. Dispenza explains scientifically how others have changed the pattern of being a victim or repeating the same mistakes over and over again by using the power of thought…and how we can, too.
This series of videos is by Dr. Joe Dispenza, who is a scientist made famous by his appearance in the movie “What the Bleep Do We Know.”

In part 2, Dr. Dispenza shares that every time you have a thought, you make a chemical. Positive thoughts create positive chemicals that create positive emotions. Eventually, feeling becomes the precursor to thinking and our feelings begin to guide and influence our thoughts.
Numerous studies have shown that you can create the same new circuits in the brain just by THINKING about doing something new as by DOING IT. Creating new circuits is called learning.
Memory is maintaining or sustaining new connections, keeping them alive. The main way we can do that is through repetition. Repetition allows the neurons to maintain a long-term relationship. (Note: he states the only way we do that is through repetition. I disagree with that, however, as we know long-term behavioral responses and memory can be created through a one-time experience coupled with strong emotion.)
