check markRecommended Resources for Your Business (or Life in General)

I come across a lot of great resources that assist me in running my business and my life by helping me organize, simplify or automate what I need or want to do.

I share these from time to time as I discover ones that I think would be really great for you, too.

If you use and like something I shared with you here, please leave a comment so others are encouraged to try it, too. And if you have something you use and love that you would like to share, please add that in the comment section. Here are my picks for this month:

My Gratitude Journal app
What it does: Lets you record daily gratitudes, and reminds you to make an entry every day
Cost:  Free version and $2.99 version
Why I like it: Easy to use, sends you daily reminder at time you program to ask you what you're grateful for today, can add pictures, can see whole month and how many days you had entries (with a smiley face); advanced features of paid program adds other elements.
How to get it: Click on the link above or go to your app store and download it. Look for "My Gratitude Journal Ltd Ed" for the free version and test it out. If you like it and want the advanced features (like having more than 30 entries), get the paid one.

Free Conference Call Service
What it does: Allows you to have a private long-distance phone # for group conference calls with up to 1,000 callers and 6 hours of call time (free version); records the call and automatically converts it to an mp3 to download and share elsewhere, or give people a call-in # and code to listen online. Saves all your calls by date, allows you to see the phone #s of those who called and how long they were on the call. More advanced features available with a paid version. Now also has free screen sharing feature for visual slides or video.
Cost: Free and paid
Why I like it: It's great when you want to have teleseminars, and when I have coaching calls with clients or my coaches so I can record the call and my client/I can go back to listen to key points (or repeat an EFT tapping series that was helpful).
How to get it: Sign up for your account at Read about their features at

PicMonkey Picture Editor/Designer
What it does: All kinds of photo editing
Cost: Free version and paid "Royale" version
Why I like it: Easy to use, a variety of ways you can edit photos/graphics that you import, perfect for when I want to quickly create a photo quote or crop a photo. The free version does all I need to.
How to get it:
