Quick Ways to Increase Your Business Cash Flow  (In 30 Days or Less)

Although I work to establish consistent cash-flow tactics in my business and teach my clients to do the same, sometimes our efforts fall short of our monthly goals.

Being able to create a quick cash infusion in your business when you need it is a life preserver for some of those unexpectedly low-income-producing months.

Today I will share with you a few tips to quickly (in 30 days or less) turn on the cash faucet.

It's also important to always be looking at your habits and strategies around income and outflow. You can often increase your net income by decreasing your expenses.

A few things to look at:

1. Cash-flow leaks. First of all, it's important to always be looking at your habits and strategies around income and outflow. You can often increase your net income by decreasing your expenses. Know your numbers! What are your monthly expenses and what are your quarterly? Where are you spending money in your business that is not necessary or can be modified? Look at your ROI with your expenses and cut out those that do not "pay for themselves."

2. What's already in the pipeline. Go for "low-hanging fruit" that can be seen and picked immediately. Hopefully you are recording ALL of your leads and "re-priming" them from time to time. If you don't have some system for recording ALL your leads, including people who just told you during a conversation that they were interested in talking with you, START DOING THAT NOW.

Also think of popular programs, events, workshops, or presentations you've done successfully in the past and set up another one. Make sure to keep a planning guide for such events (who, what, when, where, how) so they can be replicated quickly and easily. One of my more popular ones has been "Happy Hour & Hypnosis."

Past clients are also a good source of quick income. They've already worked with you and had success, so they already know, like & trust you. Call them up with a friendly inquiry about how they are and how they've been doing with continuing the work you did together. Sometimes they've "slipped" off track and you can offer a "get back on track" package. Or they might be dealing with a new issue you can help them with. And if they don't seem to have a need right now that you can serve, ask them if they know of someone who could benefit from working with you.

3. What you can create in quick order. What can you create & promote quickly and effectively to your followers or contacts? One time I created a "Quantum Leap Package" that included a 2-hour Mind Mastery and coaching session with me over the phone/skype where we did some EFT around a core fear or limiting belief, some coaching on practical aspects and action steps to take to move into a different pattern, and a hypnosis process to listen to daily for at least 30 days. It brought in immediate cash and I was also able to "upsell" one client into more sessions after the QLP to continue her progress.

Finding an already-formed group or organization who is looking for outside speakers can yield quick and excellent results in the way of getting in front of people with your offer and "selling" free consultations. As long as there are at least 10 people in attendance, you can sign up at least half of them, and you're good at conversion of your consultations to clients (over 50% is considered good), you should have a descent influx of income (make sure you're charging enough, too).

How do you keep/convert them? By paying attention to them, asking or researching what they need/want, and creating different ways to give it to them.

4. Have a Sale of your products (NOT your services). If you have some physical or digital products (and previous promo materials and timelines behind them), advertise a "sale" on them. It's best to always have a reason for your sale–and to make it fun. some sale "excuses" I have seen from others have been "Get me out of jail," "Fire sale" (maybe your toaster caught on fire or you have a hot new product. You could have a sale for your birthday, your dog's birthday, your anniversary (personal or business),  or a holiday (even a little-known or quirky one).
